Iesha Zeno is the founder of The Iesha Z. Effect and Accidentally Scarred clothing line. Iesha is from a small town in Louisiana. She created The Iesha Z. Effect to inspire, motivate and encourage people to never give up and to keep going in life especially when life seems to be getting the best of them. She created a collection of journals as a primary way to help people overcome life situations by venting through journaling with the intent to heal. Iesha understands that not everyone is to the point in their life where they're comfortable enough to open up to anyone about their life situations. She knows she can't physically help every individual that's in need, so creating the journals is her way of helping a great number of individuals that's not within her reach.

Iesha also created a clothing line and named it Accidentally Scarred. She named her clothing line Accidentally Scarred because in 2020 she was in a traumatic car accident that left her legs severely scarred. Iesha said her brand has a much broader meaning than just physical scarring even though that's how it initially started. Accidentally Scarred represents physical scarring, but it also represents the scars that everyday life may leave you with.
